California Eviction Law
requires landlords to provide proper Notice to tenants prior to filing an Unlawful Detainer action which will allow the landlord to regain possession of their real property.

Depending on the situation, the landlord may choose to serve the tenant with a 30, 60 or 90-day notice to move out of the rental property. When a tenant has failed to pay the rent, allowed illegal activities to take place on the property, disturbed other tenants, or otherwise violated the rental agreement in other more severe cases, a landlord may issue a three-day eviction notice.

Once a landlord gives a tenant proper notice, the tenant must voluntarily move out within the stated time. If the tenant refuses to move out after the required notice has been given, the landlord can evict the tenant by filing an action in court.

Unlawful Detainer actions typically move very fast. Because the eviction process moves extremely quickly and is highly detailed, Corona Eviction Attorney Barry O'Connor has developed a unique system that is designed to allow each client to open his/her case in a quick, effective manner.

To begin your eviction you will need to fill out an eviction request form (provided by us upon request) and provide a copy of your rental agreement, a copy of any Notice that you already served on your tenant, and a Proof of Service.

If you are a new client, please contact us directly at (951) 689-9644 or click here to send us an email. We will need to obtain general information about you before we get started. Once we enter you into our system, future cases can be filed quickly.

If you have filed a previous eviction with us, you do not need to schedule a consultation. Simply fill out the required forms and fax them to (951) 352-2325. We will contact you upon receipt and confirm the opening of your case.
